Specialty Soaps for Hard Water

Our Soap Specially formulated for Hard Water Hawaiian Rain Soap (tm) has been formulated for Very Hard Water areas. Southwestern Desert areas, like Southern California, have high levels of minerals in the water that change the performance of soap. Hard water can cause soap to strip your skin of vital moisture needed for healthy skin. Skin should NOT feel squeaky clean but moist and hydrated.

These Soap Bars have been carefully formulated with extra Olive, Kukui Nut oil and Mango Butter to keep your skin soft, supple and hydrated when used with Hard Water.

Hard water is actually much better at binding with the molecules in soap, allowing you to use less water to wash soap away, and making our skin feel clean. Soap has a harder time binding with the ions in soft water, and it can actually cling to the slightly charged surface of your skin instead of being washed away.

(Note: If this soap is used in soft water or rain or snow catchment systems, or moderately hard water areas, it will be harder to rinse off because of the extra added oils.)
